EVENT: Poetry Night – Feb 18th
The Ottawa Trans Library is pleased to announce our first-ever poetry night, to be held on Saturday, February 18th from 5 – 7 P.M. This event is for writing and sharing original poetry; it is not intended to be a poetry slam or competition, just sharing and discussion. Free coffee and tea will be provided.

EVENT: Social Saturday – “Winter Wonderland” Feb 4th
The Ottawa Trans Library is starting a regular series of Saturday social events. The theme for the first is: Winter Wonderland! Feel free to dress to theme or not, it’s optional. There will be snack and soft drinks as well as a photo booth with fun props! Hope to see you there!

EVENT: Parent’s Coffee Hour – Jan 26th
The library will be hosting a coffee hour for the parents of trans persons on Jan 26th from 7 to 9pm. Come enjoy free coffee and tea and enjoy chatting, sharing information, and supporting other parents!

EVENT: Sophie Labelle
Joignez-vous à nous dimanche prochain pour une conférence avec Sophie Labelle, auteure de plusieurs séries de bandes dessinées acclamées, alors qu’elle discutera de son art, de son écriture et de son activisme! L’événement aura lieu de 17 h 30 à 19 h 30, le dimanche 18 décembre à la bibliothèque trans d’Ottawa.

Now Open Saturdays!
The Ottawa Trans Library is now open regularly on Saturday from noon to 5:00 PM.

EVENT: Parent’s Coffee Hour – Dec. 1st
Are you the parent of a trans kid? Do you want to hang out and meet other parents? Join us this Thursday between 4 and 6 PM for coffee and tea at the Ottawa Trans Library! All are welcome!
This will be a recurring event, so if you can’t make it to this one you might be able to make it to the next one.
Masks are mandatory for this event and will be provided for those who need them.
